PhotoTools
2 is the fastest way to add a professional look to your photos in
Photoshop. You get hundreds of professional-grade photographic effects
designed by Jack Davis, Kevin Kubota and onOne Software, all wrapped up
in an easy-to-use Photoshop plug-in making this the fastest and easiest
way to make your photos stand out from the crowd. With PhotoTools 2,
you can preview, stack and combine effects to produce professional
grade results in just a few clicks. PhotoTools 2 reproduces camera
filters like neutral density, color correction and polarization as well
as film and darkroom techniques such as paper toners and alternative
processes. You can even simulate the look of different films with a
wide range of grain and contrast effects. You can also save an effects
"recipe" as a preset and use it not only with Photoshop, but also with
Lightroom 2 and Aperture 2.1. Whether you are a professional
photographer or an amateur, your workflow just got a lot easier with
PhotoTools 2.
Stack Effects
The real power of PhotoTools 2 is its
ability to stack multiple effects, just like using multiple camera lens
filters. You can stack up to 16 effects on top of each other, creating
your own unique look. For example, you could start by adding an auto
color and tone adjustment to your image, then add a polarizing filter,
graduated neutral density, golden hour enhancer and finish it off with
a dark vignette. You have complete control over the strength of each
effect and can seamlessly blend them together, just like adjusting
opacity in Photoshop. You can also use the new Masking Brush to
selectively paint-in or paint-out each effect in your stack. By
stacking and combining effects, you can create an endless variety of
custom effects and corrections.
